About Us Marcia L. Bell, RN, BSN, CLNC

is the sole proprietor of Bell Legal Nurse Consulting.  Marcia has over 28 years of nursing experience at work for you.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in PACU nursing including preoperative and postoperative care.  

Marcia has spent over 10 years in medical records review and quality assurance.  She reviewed hundreds of medical records for quality assurance and completed many documentation studies. 

Marcia became a CLNC^® (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant) in order to improve her company.  A CLNC^®, a certified legal nurse consultant, is a registered nurse who has completed a rigorous certification program from Vickie Milazzo Institute. The CLNC^® has the expertise to find and interpret medical and nursing issues in any legal case involving health or injury.  Marcia is a member of the NACLNC (National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants).    She has a legal assistant certificate as well.

Marcia's experience gives her the insight into all aspects and degrees of any medical-related case.
